1. Upload your designs
Open the Gang Sheet Builder and drag your files onto the canvas or straight into Auto Builder. PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF and WebP all work, up to 50 MB each, and multi-page PDFs split into pages. No art handy? Pull a few sample designs from the Library tab.
Fix files as you go. Remove Background, Remove Color and Halftone are built in, on the canvas and inside Auto Builder, with a before/after slider so you can check the result before saving it. Edited images can go back to your uploads or replace the original on the sheet in place.
2. Size, count, Auto Builder
Give each design a print size (the aspect ratio stays locked, and a live PPI badge tells you if it is getting too big) and a quantity, up to 1,000 copies. Each design is measured by its visible pixels, so a transparent margin does not count. Set the gap you want between pieces, choose whether designs may rotate, then click Build. Auto Builder nests everything by outer shape rather than by rectangle, so curved and irregular pieces sit closer together. If it doesn't fit on one sheet, another sheet is added. Don't like the result? It's a single undo.
Anything you place by hand can be locked. Auto Builder leaves locked designs and locked sheets where they are and only repacks the rest, and it asks before removing anything it can't recreate.
3. Check and check out
Click Add to Cart. The pre-flight check confirms nothing overlaps, nothing hangs off the sheet and nothing is under 300 PPI, then your sheet goes in the cart at the size you built. The moment you check out, the shop receives a print-ready 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background.

After you order
On a shop running Tetrinest, your print file renders itself as soon as the order lands, and each sheet moves through statuses the shop defines. Frequently asked questions
What file types can I upload?
In the Gang Sheet Builder and Rolling Canvas: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF and WebP, up to 50 MB and 250 megapixels per image. In Upload Your Own Gang Sheet: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI and EPS, up to 2 GB per file. Multi-page PDFs are split into separate pages everywhere. The builder rejects anything corrupted or fully transparent up front, and the uploader safety-checks files in your browser before they leave your device. TIFF and PSD are not accepted, so export those to PNG first.
How sharp do my files need to be?
Aim for 300 PPI at the size you will print. The builder shows a PPI badge next to every upload and outlines anything below 300 PPI in yellow on the canvas. You can shrink a low-resolution design to hit 300 PPI with one click (Adjust PPI to 300) or swap in a bigger file. SVGs are vector, so they are never flagged. The final file is rendered at 300 DPI, but rendering can't add detail your original doesn't have.
How does Auto Builder decide where things go?
It traces the outer shape of each design and packs those shapes together with the gap you set. By default it uses a Concave outline that follows curves and notches (interior holes stay solid, so a ring nests as a disc); you can switch any design, or all of them, to Convex or Bounding Box. You also choose whether designs may rotate: not at all, or in 15, 45, 90 or 180 degree steps. Each run is a single undo step, and re-running only moves unlocked designs.
How much gap should I leave between designs?
You set it yourself in Auto Builder, and it stays in sync with the spacing on the canvas. Many DTF shops leave roughly a quarter inch so transfers are easy to cut apart.
Which sheet size should I choose?
In the fixed-size builder you do not have to: it settles on the smallest of the six sizes (12 to 120 inches long, all 22 inches wide) that fits your designs, and Auto Builder adds another sheet when they will not all fit on one. If you want to pay for the length you use and nothing more, order the Rolling Canvas: the sheet simply grows longer, up to 300 inches, at $0.69 per inch.
I moved a few designs by hand. Will Auto Builder undo that?
Lock them first. Locked designs and locked sheets stay exactly where they are and only unlocked designs are repacked. If a re-run would remove something it cannot recreate, the builder warns you before it does. Each Auto Builder run is a single undo step, so one undo puts everything back.
Can I fix a design that has a white background?
Yes. Remove Background handles photos and complex art and runs in your browser, using your graphics card when it can and falling back to the processor when it can't, so your file is not sent to a third-party service. Remove Color lets you pick a color with an eyedropper and set how close a match counts (0 to 100), then make it transparent or replace it with another color. Compare before and after with the slider, then save the fixed image to your uploads or swap it into your sheet in place.
What does the check at Add to Cart look for?
Designs overlapping each other, designs hanging off the sheet, and images under 300 PPI. Each item shows a green check or a red X, and you can fix anything flagged before you check out.
How is the Rolling Canvas priced?
By length. It is 22 inches wide and $0.69 per inch, so 22 x 30 inches is $20.70 and 22 x 37 inches is $25.53, with no rounding up to the next stock size. The canvas grows as you add designs (from 12 up to 300 inches) and trims to your content, and the cart line shows the exact finished size.
What does the shop receive when I check out?
A print-ready 300 DPI PNG of each sheet with a transparent background, generated automatically as soon as your order lands. Your cart line names the sheet size, so what you paid for and what gets printed match.
Can I change my sheet after I order?
That is up to the shop. From its order screen the shop can give you View, Comment or Edit access to your project. With Comment access you can leave notes on the sheet, on a single image or on a region you draw, and reply in threads. With Edit access you can reopen a builder project; every save keeps a version you can go back to, and the print file re-renders on its own when the artwork changes.
When will my transfers arrive, and what about refunds?
They won't arrive from this store. This is a demo: no order is printed or shipped and no card is charged. On a live Tetrinest store, the print shop receives your print-ready file the moment you check out, so turnaround and refund terms are set by that shop.
